After an action-packed day of Australian Open 2021, The Play resumed on Wednesday with featuring big names like Stanlias Wawarinka , Bianca Andreescu , Serena Williams , Dominic Thiem and the Men's Defending Champion Novak Djokovic

Andreescu Trimmed short of her comeback By Hsieh.
Taiwan's Hsieh Su-wei wished adieu to the 8th seeded Canadian , Bianca Andreescu , Who returned to after a 15-Month Break. The Taiwanese made the umpire say "Game,set and Match" with the straight set score of 6-3 6-2.
Venus Williams makes a Hurting exit after Rolling Ankle.
The 7-time Grand slam Champion ,Venus Williams Refused to give up after suffering an injury against the Italian Sara Erani and completed the match through pain before leaving Australian Open in second with 6-1 6-0 defeat on Wednesday.
The 40-year old American began the match with a taped knee and twisted her right ankle trying to play an approach shot while trailing 1-5 in the first set.
Osaka Marched into third round with a head held high.
Osaka cruised into the third round of the Aussie open ,Overpowering the French opponent Caroline Garcia 6-2 6-3 with a authoritative performance.
The third seeded Japanese fired six aces at her opponent in the first set and 4 in the second.
Garcia was unable to get hold of a single break point over the contest.
Djokovic overcomes the American challenge.
The Serbian's aura of invincibility wavered under pressure at Rod Laver Arena against Frances Tiafoe.
The defending champion rose up to the challenge to claim a exciting 6-3 6-7(3) 7-6(2) 6-3.
The American went toe-tot-toe with the top seed but fell apart in the seventh game of fourth set when he grew frustated of the service clock and was broken after a foul- mouthed rant.
The serbian will face australian Taylor Fritz in the Third round.
Wawarinka falls to courageous Fuscovics.
Hungarian Marton Fuscovics came through a five-set edge of the seat contest against the Swedish 17th seed Stan Wawarinka , defeating the three-time grand slam champion 7-5 6-1 4-6 2-6
7-6(9) , causing a major upset
The swede was sloppy in the opening two sets , committing 29 unforced errors and landing just 60% of first serves.
